Light Therapy is a gentle yet transformative practice that restores harmony to the nervous system, awakens the brain’s natural pathways, and aligns mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in the pioneering methods of Guy Herriman, this work uses carefully calibrated light to interact with individual brainwave states—Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma—as well as the earth’s natural Schumann resonance, creating a field of restorative vibration that resonates deeply with your body’s own intelligence. I work one-on-one with each person, using muscle testing to intuitively tune the light and frequencies to your body’s exact needs in the moment. Each session is fully personalized—you feel the alignment, calm, and clarity immediately. The experience is gentle yet powerful, soothing yet enlightening, allowing your nervous system to settle while your mind awakens and your inner clarity expands. I have had the privilege of working with people across the full spectrum of life—from six-month-old infants to centenarians of 102 years, supporting each individual with care, presence, and tailored guidance. Beyond individual sessions, I also offer group Light Therapy experiences, where participants collectively experience the harmonizing frequencies, as well as Brain Mindful Talks, exploring how the brain works, how it communicates with the body, and how light can support cognitive, emotional, and nervous system health. Light Therapy is more than a treatment—it is an invitation to return to your natural balance, reconnect with your inner intelligence, and illuminate the pathways that guide thought, emotion, and awareness. Each session provides a safe, nurturing environment where your body, brain, and spirit communicate effortlessly, allowing deep relaxation, insight, and grounded presence. Step into the light. Cancellation Policy
By booking any session or event with Maggie Calder, you agree to the policies and terms below. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged the full fee. • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. • If Maggie must reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available time. Payments Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. No refunds are provided after a session has been completed. Wellness Disclaimer Services offered by Maggie—including meditation, sound healing, Light Therapy, movement meditation, and intuitive coaching—are supportive wellness practices. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical or mental-health concerns. Voluntary Participation All participation is voluntary. You may stop or adjust at any time. You are responsible for caring for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after sessions. Assumption of Risk I understand that wellness sessions may include light stimulation, sound vibration, guided meditation, emotional release, and gentle movement. I accept full responsibility for my participation and any reactions that may arise. Release of Liability By booking, I release and hold harmless Maggie Calder, The Zen Den, Copper Mountain Centre, Hotel Grand Pacific, and all affiliated staff from any claims or liability for injuries, losses, or outcomes resulting from participation in any session, class, or event. Confidentiality Any personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential except where required by law. Agreement By completing a booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy and Liability Waiver.
