About Us
Be real in your Zen.
We are Get Real Zen—a space where all are welcome, and all are met with presence. We come together in the spirit of Namaste—the recognition that what is within one is reflected in all. It is a shared respect for the connection that lives between us, beyond roles, stories, or differences.
Our work is rooted in this understanding: that we are not separate, and that healing, awareness, and growth unfold through that connection. This is a place to arrive as you are, to be seen, and to reconnect.
Maggie’s Journey

Maggie Calder’s life is a journey of heart, presence, and wisdom—a tapestry woven through both the outer world and the inner landscape of awareness.
From the sacred temples of India and Bali to the landscapes of Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, the United States, and Canada, she has walked widely and listened deeply. Her path has been shaped as much by silence and stillness as by movement and exploration.
Her professional background is equally diverse as a practitioner, teacher, and mentor bringing all she works with to return to what is already whole. Maggie guides all to step out of the mental noise and into embodied truth.
Dave's Journey

Zen Den Adventure Guide
Dave Naulls didn’t set out to build a wellness brand—he set out to find what actually works. Rooted in the landscapes of Central Ontario, nature was always his grounding force, even as he spent decades building a career in business. Over time, a quiet sense of misalignment led him away from conventional ideas of wellness and toward something more honest: time outdoors. Through gravel roads, forest trails, and long stretches of movement, he found space to think, reset, and reconnect—an approach shaped and deepened by key influences like Eleanor and his introduction to Light Therapy through Maggie.
Today, based in British Columbia, Dave brings this lived experience into his role as the Zen Den Adventure Guide. His work blends nature, mindfulness, and practical insight into simple, grounded experiences—most notably Mindful Spin, launching in Fall 2026. Designed especially for men navigating life transitions, these guided bike journeys offer space for reflection, movement, and realignment. With a deep respect for the land and Indigenous wisdom, Dave’s approach is not about escape, but return—to self, to nature, and to what matters.

Anthony's Journey

Writer, Artist & Creative Guide
My path unfolded in a moment of recognition at Maggie’s retreat center, Sahaja Blessings, in Kelowna, BC. There, I was drawn into the richness of her wisdom and the quiet power of her guidance. Something within me stirred—a deepening that called me to live more fully as my authentic self.
From that place of remembering, my creative spirit expanded. Through art and painting, I began translating the unseen into form—designing book covers, creating soulful animal portraits, and exploring imaginative realms of otherworldly beings. Each piece became an expression of connection, a bridge between worlds both visible and felt.
My natural gift with tarot opened another doorway—offering insight, reflection, and a mirror for others to discover their own inner wisdom. In parallel, my journey in film and stage acting became a vessel for transformation, allowing me to step into diverse characters and create immersive, meaningful experiences that invite others to feel, reflect, and awaken.
Writing became the thread that wove it all together. What began as supporting Maggie in bringing her story to life soon evolved into a true creative partnership. A few years later, I stepped fully into the role of co-writer for her book, My Monk Called Me Spiritual Gangsta—a powerful and intimate journey of her life as a nun.
Today, I continue to support authors in shaping and sharing their stories—offering guidance in writing, design, and creative expression. My work is rooted in helping others bring their inner world into form, with authenticity, depth, and soul.
