The Zen Den

An Intimate Gathering of the Healing Arts

ZD Monk and Interpreter.jpg

There are moments in life when you know you are ready for change—and yet something within you still answers from the past.

You see the pattern. You understand the belief. You’ve done the reflection. And still… the body tightens. Emotions rise. The nervous system returns to what it learned long ago to stay safe.

Because healing is not only in the mind. It lives in the body. In the breath. In the quiet intelligence that has been protecting you all along.

The Zen Den exists at this threshold.

It is a small, sacred space—an intimate gathering place for the healing arts. A place where transformation is not forced, but invited… through presence, sound, reflection, and gentle return.

Here, we don’t rush change. We create the conditions for it.

A Rhythm of Practice & Gathering

Each week, the space opens for quiet, supportive healing sessions:

  • Anja Light Therapy

  • Core Vibration Guidance

  • Healing Touch

  •

And throughout the month, the Zen Den comes alive in shared experience:

  • Pearls of Wisdom talks

  • House concerts

  • Bahá’í firesides

  •

A Space to Restore, Reflect, and Awaken

The Zen Den is held in light and openness. South-facing windows rise 18 feet, filling the room with natural light. A balcony opens the space outward. A sunroof invites in sky, air, and breath.

At the heart of the room sits a 200-year-old Buddha, gifted to the Zen Den from the King of Thailand—a quiet presence, watching, holding, blessing.

The space gently accommodates:

  • Seating for up to 20

  • Floor cushions and yoga mats

  • Circle or classroom-style gatherings

  • Kitchen and bedroom available for extended use

  • Wi-Fi, sound system, and simple comforts

  •

The Zen Den has been blessed as a mini temple by master monk Gyaltsang Rinpoche from Tibet.
